3.2 Accuracy of Information
Providing your correct name, date of birth, address, and active mobile number at the time of registration is mandatory. Providing false or incomplete information may result in account suspension and forfeiture of deposited funds.
3.3 Account Security
Keeping your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify our support team immediately. Using another person's account or allowing others to use your account is strictly prohibited.
3.4 KYC Verification
cck44 may request KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any time. This may include copies of a national identity card, passport, driving licence, or utility bill. cck44 reserves the right to hold withdrawals until verification is complete.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposits
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (per method).
- Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.
- After a successful deposit, the balance is generally credited to the account instantly.
- Use the correct reference number when making a deposit; cck44 is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information.
4.2 Withdrawals
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
- Standard withdrawal processing time: 15 minutes to 2 hours.
- Withdrawals must be made via the same method used for the deposit (until verification is complete).
- Withdrawal requests may be held if a KYC verification is pending.
- cck44 reserves the right to hold suspicious transactions for further review.
4.3 Anti-Money Laundering Policy
cck44 is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. If a suspicious transaction is detected, we will initiate an investigation and notify the relevant authorities if necessary. Using the platform as a channel for fund transfers — that is, depositing and withdrawing without playing — is strictly prohibited.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
cck44 offers new members a 120% first-deposit bonus — up to ৳15,000. Claiming this bonus will apply a 15x wagering requirement. This means you must complete bets totalling 15 times the bonus amount before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.
5.2 Bonus Terms
- Bonuses may only be used on games specified by cck44; some games may be excluded from bonus wagering.
- If wagering is not completed before the bonus expires, the bonus balance will be cancelled.
- Each promotion has its own specific conditions; read those conditions before claiming a bonus.
- If there is any indication of bonus abuse, cck44 may cancel the relevant bonus and associated winnings.
- Bonus funds cannot be converted to cash or transferred to another account.
5.3 VIP and Cashback
cck44's VIP programme has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Weekly cashback rates are up to 0.2%, 0.4%, 0.6%, and 0.8% respectively. Advancement to a higher tier depends on your overall gaming activity and loyalty.
6. Betting and Gaming Rules
6.1 Placing Bets
Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Check your balance before placing a bet. Bets will not be accepted if the balance is insufficient.
6.2 Technical Errors
If a game session is interrupted due to a server outage, loss of internet connection, or any other technical issue, cck44 reserves the right to void or restore the result of the relevant hand or spin. Any payout made as a result of an apparent error may be cancelled.
6.3 Game Rules
Each game has its own rules displayed within the game interface. Those rules take highest priority. In live dealer games, the dealer's decision is final.
6.4 Jackpots and Large Wins
For large winnings, cck44 reserves the right to complete additional verification before processing the payment. This process may take up to 72 hours.
7. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are completely prohibited on the cck44 platform:
- Using fraudulent software, bots, automation scripts, or any form of technical manipulation.
- Abusing the bonus system (bonus hunting, claiming bonuses via multiple accounts).
- Operating multiple accounts from the same household or the same device.
- Threatening, harassing, or behaving aggressively toward other members.

- Using the platform as a channel for personal fund transfers.
If any of the above activities are detected, cck44 reserves the right to immediately close the account, forfeit deposited funds, and take legal action.
8. Account Closure and Suspension
8.1 Closure by cck44
cck44 may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any clause of these Terms.
- Failure to complete KYC verification or providing false information.
- Suspicious financial transactions or fraudulent activity.
- A court order or directive from a regulatory authority.
8.2 Closure by the Member
You may request to close your own account at any time by contacting us via support email. Any valid balance remaining before account closure may be withdrawn through the standard method. However, bonus balances tied to incomplete wagering requirements are non-refundable.
8.3 Self-Exclusion
To support responsible gaming, you may request a Self-Exclusion for a defined period through the support team. Any attempt to open a new account while a self-exclusion is active will be closed immediately.
